Call it divine intervention, to much caffeine, or perhaps  sheer stupidity but I just realized something. You know how we have Internet storms as a result of crazy zero day vulnerabilities, and solar storms as the result of massive coronal ejections from the sun right? Well don’t we also experience “social media storms” ? Think about it as I try to explain a few things…

Okay so we navigate in and out of our lives randomly checking in via an array of various social media streams. And sometimes there is this massive blast of post and re-posts that literally fill up our streams. I’m not talking about organized trending like how twitter views hashtags. I’m talking about the utter chaos we randomly see in our Google + or Facebook streams. Nothing organized about it – just a frenzy of posts all sourcing the same topic, and all over the place.

Here are a few what I’m going to call “social media storms” that happened in the past few days. I’ll include as much data as I can to back up my assumptions. having an API we could leverage (facebook/g+/twitter) would be perfect here, but I guess my good ol counting skills should suffice. Hey RIM! Yeah you that horribly dwindling Canadian company with a depreciating corporate (and consumer) presence.  The entire technical community is compelled to ask the following questions.  Did somebody turn out the lights on your entire corporation? Or were you just assuming the market would not move and your efforts would continuously provide quarter over quarter profitability?  Seriously – did you literally overnight lose sight of your core constituents, and their needs?  If anything, take heed to the penalties of your stock holders and get your head out of your own corporate a$$. Look, you have completely lost every person at this website and there is not much you can do to get us back, even if you pay us.  And to be completely honest, this entire post is a struggle to write.

Look – it’s time to throw in the flag or at least consider a buyout.  Number one, the market is completely broken for corporate consumers. RIM’s ability to deliver decent apps or provide an attractive API to embrace the development community is GONE!  Offering a free tablet is cool, but not worth any of the commitments for development.  And at its best, RIM is in third place (apple, android, rim). Fairy Farm  for the iPhone and iPad is a great game but for most of us – we may find ourselves at a bind where we would like to somehow get either a boatload of coins or crystals. If you happen to be looking for a quick way to grab some extra crystals or need a coin infusion you have somehow landed at the right place.  We are in no way advocating that you actually cheat and perform the steps below. We are simply documenting the following for educational purposes only.   Please also know it’s always best practice to buy the coins and paws. Especially if you enjoy having great games like Fairy Farm for free!

  • [How to get more crystals and coins]
  • download iphone explorer and SQLite Database Browser
