Check the logs first, if possible: here lets take a moment, and connect to the computers event logs remotely if possible (assuming you have the appropriate rights). 9 times out of 10, there is a good chance if the issue is application related; the applications logs will yield some good information, and if its OS or hardware related, look for errors and warnings in the system log. After connecting remotely (start > run > eventvwr \ \hostname) here is what we found.
