		<description><![CDATA[User Report: Error when users are trying to link sheets or workbooks.  The users get the Microsoft Reporting error, excel crashes and restarts, but when checking the event viewer &#8211; Faulting application excel.exe, version 11.0.8316.0, stamp 4ace3b8f.  Customer reports that by removing/uninstalling Microsoft Security Update for Office 2003 (KB 973475) EXCEL security patch corrects the issue.]]></description>
