I ended up having a discussion with somebody the other evening about technology and Jesus. In fact, not only was the discussion quite comical but also very interesting. So the question asked was “if Jesus had a cell phone, what OS would be running on it?”
One would be inclined that Jesus would probably have a smart phone and perhaps would use iOS [iPhone 4] but I had to disagree with that believe. Honestly in my opinion, if Jesus had a cell phone, it would probably be the Motorola Razr. He would not need a smart phone because I personally don’t think Jesus would care too much about the Cloud or social networking by any means. I’m being extremely conservative with this estimate, but Jesus can probably text somewhere around 65,000 words per minute on any old school flip phone. Wow! Could you imagine how large his phone bill would be Jesus didn’t have a plan with unlimited texts?
Any thoughts? I highly doubt he would use an Android based os, nor do I think he would fork over the cash for anything apple.
