 Had a brief issue the other day where a person was attempting to use reuters trader through citrix and was unable to connect for authentication. After after directly accessing the windows 2003 server and launching bfdcfg.exe (C:\Program Files\Reuters\RBWS\BFDCfg.exe), we were able to quickly to determine what the issue was.
Apparently, there were no configured servers and therefore no authentication! Thats when we just plopped in your sever (ip's) under "enter a valid server hostname or ip address here" and clicked add. After that click on OK and the list will populate and allow users to connect via your bridge feed with out any issues. That's of course - assuming they have accounts.
